DESCRIPTION:Join us for a second fire and ice wim hof breathwork event at Mederi Wellness.
We have four spaces left to enjoy 30 minutes of guided breathwork with our Wim Hof Instructor Katie. Then enjoy 2 minutes in the ice bath followed by 30 minutes in the infrared sauna to warm back.
